The challenge
A concierge and events website speaks mainly to foreign clients who have never met the company in person. They are planning a wedding on Paros, a corporate trip or a week in a villa with a yacht, and they have to trust someone in Greece based only on what they read. The site has to show exactly what the company takes care of and make the first step easy.
Greek Secret Experiences covers many different things: concierge, villas, yacht charters and island hopping, wellness, private and corporate events. Every request is different, so the team needed a form that collects the type of event, the number of guests and the location from the start, so the first reply is already specific.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro, Premium Addons and Qi Addons. The menu has Events, a Services dropdown with Concierge, Wellness, Villas and Yachts & Islands, Gallery, About Us and Contact. The homepage presents the services, separates private and corporate clients and shows the experience categories, from Greek Heritage and Taste of Greece to Corporate Meetings.
The Contact page has a form with full name, phone, email, request type (Private Event, Corporate Event, Wellness Experience, Concierge Services), number of guests, location and free text. The two contact phone numbers and the email stay in the footer of every page, and each section ends with a button to the form.
The content was written from scratch in English and also carried over into Greek, with separate pages for each language and hreflang for Google. We added a gallery with event photos and smooth scrolling with the mouse wheel.
