Website promotion: where customers come from
A customer reaches your website in three main ways: they search on Google and find you in the free results, they see a Google ad while searching for something specific, or they see an ad on Instagram and Facebook while scrolling. Our website promotion works across these three channels, each with a different role.
SEO builds steady traffic you do not pay for per click, but it takes time. Google Ads bring calls from the first week, but they stop the moment you stop paying. Meta Ads are good for reaching people who are not looking for you yet. The right mix for a hair salon in Glyfada is different from the mix for a cosmetics e-shop, and we discuss it before you spend your first euro.
Website SEO: optimisation that lasts
SEO optimisation starts with an audit. We look at what your customers actually search for in Google Search Console, how fast the site loads on mobile, whether there are pages Google cannot see and whether the titles say what they should. Then we fix things in order of priority, starting with whatever brings results fastest.
We work with Rank Math on WordPress, create separate pages for each service and area, write copy that answers real questions and look after your Google Business Profile, which for local businesses in Athens is often more important than the site itself. We do not sell "first place in 10 days". SEO usually needs three to six months to show clearly, and anyone who guarantees otherwise is not telling you the truth.
- Technical audit: speed, indexing, errors, duplicate pages
- Keyword research from Search Console and Google Keyword Planner
- Titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal links
- Google Business Profile, categories, photos and review replies
- Visibility in ChatGPT and Gemini with correct structured data
How Google Ads work, in plain words
With Google Ads you only pay when someone clicks your ad. You choose the searches you want to appear for, for example "plumber Chalandri" or "employment lawyer Athens", set how much you want to spend per day, and Google shows the ad to people searching for exactly that. Position and cost per click are decided by an auction that also considers how good the ad and the landing page are.
The most common mistake we see in accounts brought to us is campaigns without negative keywords, paying for clicks from people searching for "free" or "jobs". The second is that nothing is tracked, so Google does not know which clicks brought a customer and cannot optimise. Both are fixed in the first week.
- Search campaigns for searches with buying intent
- Performance Max and Shopping for e-shops via Merchant Center
- Local targeting by municipality or radius in kilometres
- Ad scheduling, so you do not pay for clicks when you cannot answer
Google Ads: management fee and budget
Google Ads management costs from €200 +VAT per month. The ad budget is separate and you pay it directly to Google with your own card, so you see exactly what was charged and no money passes through us. The account belongs to you and, if we ever stop working together, it stays with you with its full history.
How much budget you need depends on your industry and area. A click for "locksmith" in Athens costs much more than a click for "piano lessons Ilioupoli". Before we start, we show you Google's estimates for your keywords, so you decide with real numbers.
Meta Ads for Instagram and Facebook
Meta Ads work differently. Here nobody is searching for you; you appear in front of people based on location, age and interests. They are a good choice for offers, new products, a restaurant that wants to fill its weekday tables, or retargeting people who visited your e-shop and did not buy.
We set up the Meta Pixel and Conversions API properly, so purchases and forms are tracked even when the browser blocks cookies. Without this, Meta campaigns today run almost blind.
GA4 tracking: the foundation of proper website promotion in Athens
Before we run any ad, we set up tracking. With Google Tag Manager and GA4 we record calls from the phone button, forms, WhatsApp clicks, bookings and purchases, and send them as conversions to Google Ads and Meta. That way each platform learns which users become customers and shows the ad to more people like them.
Every month you get a report in plain language: how much was spent, how many calls and forms came in, what each one cost and what we are changing next month. If something is not working, we tell you and cut it.
- GA4 and Google Tag Manager with events for calls, forms and purchases
- Google Ads conversions and Meta Conversions API
- Monthly report with cost per lead or sale
