Software development that a few years ago didn't fit the budget
Until recently, a custom booking system, a portal where your partners book appointments, or a tool that produces quotes automatically was a job for a software house. It needed a team of developers, months of work and often many thousands of euros before you saw the first screen. For a small or medium business in Greece, custom software simply wasn't an option.
That has changed. AI tools write, review and document code at a speed that didn't exist before. An experienced developer who knows what to ask for now produces the work of a small team. We work this way every day, and the difference goes straight into the price and the delivery time.
What we can build for your business
If something in your work is done with paper, Excel, phone calls and messages, it can almost certainly become an application. Some examples of what we build:
- Online booking and appointment systems, with capacity, availability by area and card payment
- Client or partner portals where each company logs in with its own account, sees its requests and books appointments
- Order wizards that calculate the price in real time and finish with payment
- Internal tools: CRM, lead tracking, order management, dashboards with your business numbers
- Connections to myDATA (Greece's tax e-invoicing platform), banks, couriers, supplier XML feeds and the software you already use
- Applications with AI built in: a chatbot that knows your data, automatic text and image generation, document analysis
- Complete SaaS products with user sign-up, Stripe subscriptions, an admin panel and emails
SaaS development: we already do it for ourselves
TopSocial is our own SaaS product in production. It creates and publishes Instagram and Facebook posts for businesses automatically: it reads their website, learns what they sell, makes images and captions, schedules and publishes. It has user sign-up, subscriptions and a free trial through Stripe, social media connections, an admin panel and a worker that runs in the background.
We are not suggesting something we read about somewhere. We built it, we maintain it, and we know first-hand what a SaaS needs to work properly with real customers: payments, security, emails, errors that must be caught before the user sees them.
Real systems we have delivered
For a mobile paintless dent repair service, we built an online appointment system on its own subdomain. Partner companies apply, get approved and then book appointments from their own portal, while each day's capacity is calculated according to the type of job.
For a cleaning company, we set up a five-step booking flow: the customer checks if their area is covered, sees a price for their square meters, picks a time and pays. For a certified property valuer, we built a wizard where a prospective buyer of a property at auction orders a report, picks extras and pays by card.
We have also written our own WordPress plugins, such as the AI chatbot we install on client sites and a wholesale system with separate prices and shipping for B2B customers.
How we work so you don't pay for something you don't need
The biggest risk in a software project isn't the code. It is building something big that nobody ends up using. That's why we always start with the smallest version that solves the real problem, and put it into use as quickly as possible.
- Conversation: you show us how the work is done today, with the Excel sheets and the messages
- Written proposal covering what the first version will do, what it won't, price and timeline
- First working version that you test with real data
- Fixes and next steps based on actual use, not assumptions
- Hosting, backups, updates and support with a monthly subscription
How much software development costs
A simple internal tool or an automation with its own screen starts from €600 +VAT. Booking systems, client portals and SaaS products are priced with a written quote, once we've looked together at exactly what the first version needs. The quote is fixed: if the scope doesn't change, the price doesn't change.
What matters is the comparison. Projects that until recently cost as much as a car now often cost about as much as a good website with an online store. Payment is 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.
