The challenge
When you build an e-shop for dietary supplements, the customer is not looking for a brand but for a solution to something specific. A woman trying to get pregnant, or an expectant mother, wants to quickly find what fits her stage, understand what each product contains and trust the company before she pays.
A Greek e-shop also needs the practical things the market expects: card payments through a bank, receipts issued on myDATA and courier delivery. If these don't run automatically, every order costs time in manual work.
What we built
We built the e-shop in WordPress with WooCommerce and Elementor, on a theme designed for health products. The menu splits products into three needs, Women, Pregnancy and Men, and the homepage shows the company's products, such as MyLactogene, MamaTru and HerOvio, with a quick view that doesn't open a new page.
We wrote homepage sections on the company's philosophy, values and mission, so visitors understand who makes the products before they buy. The contact form sits on the homepage, together with the address in Nea Filadelfeia, the phone number and WhatsApp.
Card payments go through Nexi XPay, and receipts are issued automatically on myDATA through Oxygen (a Greek invoicing app). We also set up the connection with ACS (a Greek courier) for creating vouchers and pickup lists from the admin panel. The footer has terms of use, a privacy policy and a page on shipping and payment methods.
