The challenge
A website with online cleaning booking has to solve the problem every cleaning company has: the customer asks "how much does it cost?" and the answer is "it depends". It depends on the square metres, on any extra tasks, on how urgent it is and on whether the area is covered. When all of this is sorted out by phone, time is lost, and a customer searching on their phone in the evening goes to whoever gives a price right away.
Clean Art Solutions covers offices and business premises, homes, industrial and commercial spaces, post-renovation cleaning, disinfection and Airbnb rentals. Each service has a different price and duration. The booking system had to calculate these on its own and show only the times the team actually has free.
What we built
We built the site in WordPress with Elementor and WooCommerce, and put a five-step booking system on the homepage: Location, Service, Details, Date & Time and Purchase. The customer first enters their postcode to check availability, chooses a service and enters the size of the space. The system adds extra square metres and extra services and shows the total price and estimated duration in real time.
In the next step they choose a date and see only the available time slots, with an Express Cleaning option at a 20% surcharge. The booking is completed at the WooCommerce checkout, and customers can register to see their bookings. The system works in Greek and English.
Around the booking system we built About Us and Services pages, a separate page for Airbnb and holiday rental cleaning, a blog and a contact page with three phone numbers and an email. Google reviews appear on the homepage through Trustindex, and LiteSpeed Cache keeps the page fast.
