The challenge
A real estate website for foreign buyers has to convince someone living in London or Munich to travel and see a house in a village they have never heard of. Before they ask for a viewing, they want to see the price, the square metres, the bedrooms, the photos and how far the airport is. If they have to hunt for it, they leave.
A complex with seven different homes also needs a page for each one, so the agent or owner can send the link directly. And because buyers come from different countries, they need to read in their own language, with proper URLs for Google in their country.
What we built
We built the site in WordPress with Elementor Pro, with English as the base language and translations into Greek, German and French through Polylang, with hreflang on every page. The homepage shows every home on a card with price, bedrooms, bathrooms and square metres, from the 54 m² apartment at €160,000 up to the 142 m² villa.
Each home has its own page, such as Apartment 4-A1 or Maisonette 9-A. We added an area page with distances to Kalamata airport, Costa Navarino and the beaches, a Why Invest page for those who see the property as an investment, and an FAQ with the questions foreign buyers ask.
From the homepage, visitors can download the brochure as a PDF. The contact form, both phone numbers, WhatsApp and the map are on every page. SEO runs on Rank Math, with schema.org structured data and meta descriptions in every language.
