The challenge
A construction company website is read by people about to trust someone with a hotel, a housing complex or an office building. They want to see what the company has built, where and for whom, before they pick up the phone. Estia has projects in Crete, Rhodes, Paros, Zakynthos, Corfu, Halkidiki, the Peloponnese and Attica, so the portfolio had to be the first thing people see.
There was a second factor. The company has worked in Cyprus since 2003 together with its sister company Multipro, under the same management team. Many clients are foreign investors and hotel groups, so the site had to speak mainly English, have a Greek version and clearly show the contact details of both companies.
What we built
We built the site in WordPress with Elementor Pro, Premium Addons and Prime Slider. The homepage has a slider with three messages (Built With Purpose, Reliable Construction Partners, Creating Lasting Spaces) and buttons for projects, contact and quote requests. Next come the company's philosophy with its years of experience and a selection of projects such as Kerkyra Blue, Cypress Park, Valmar Corfu, Sunrise Village Beach Hotel and Revotech Office Complex.
The Projects page splits the work into current and recently completed, so it is clear the company has work in progress, such as Nicosia General Hospital and Imperio Skyline. About Us tells the story from the Peloponnese in 1997 to the head office in Chalandri, and the specialities: hotels, healthcare centres, homes, offices and restoration of listed buildings.
A Greek version was added with Polylang. The footer of every page shows the details of Estia in Chalandri and Multipro in Nicosia separately, and the Contact page has a form with name, email and message.
