The challenge
A property valuer website usually works like a business card: a few words, certifications and a phone number. But the work also has a part that can be sold online: assessing properties in online auctions. A buyer sees a property on eauctions.gr (Greece's online auction platform), has a few days until the deadline and wants to know quickly whether it is worth it and how high to bid.
This service has no single price. There is a base report and optional add-ons, such as a rent check, an on-site visit, 24-hour delivery or a call with the valuer. A standard e-shop with products does not fit, and handling it by email takes days. It needed a flow that collects the property details, builds the package, shows the price and takes card payment straight away.
What we built
We wrote a custom plugin, Auction Service Builder, which runs on the "Offer" page as a four-step wizard. In step one the client enters the eauctions.gr link, the property type and the region. In step two they state their goal, from own use to a flip, and what they want checked. In step three they configure the package: the base Auction Red Flag Report is preselected and they add modules such as Market Rent Snapshot, Exterior Site Visit, Rush Fee, Call with the Valuer and a white label report, with the price updating on every choice.
In step four the client accepts the terms and moves to the WooCommerce checkout, where they pay by card through Nexi XPay. We set up the cart, checkout and account pages in Greek, the order emails with the company logo, and separate Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cancellation pages.
The rest of the site, in WordPress with Elementor Pro, presents the accreditations, the services for all property types, FAQs and news. The homepage has a valuation request form with area and property type. SEO was set up with Rank Math, with a sitemap, organization schema and a share image for social media.
