The challenge
A communications consultant website carries a particular weight: if the site itself does not communicate well, visitors will not trust the consultant. The audience here is academics, researchers and communications leads at large organisations, people with little time who want to understand quickly what they gain and how working together works.
Experiential Communications has its own model, the Knowledge-to-Impact Communications System, and four different services, from training workshops to fractional communications leadership. It needed a site that explains the system in simple steps, presents each service separately and gives visitors an easy first way to "try" the approach before booking a call.
What we built
We built the site in WordPress with Elementor Pro. The homepage presents the system in four numbered steps, Basecamp, Pathways, AI-Enablement and Outcomes, followed straight away by what the client gains in clarity, capability and progress. Then comes the list of sectors the company serves, from universities to sport, and the organisations it has worked with.
Each service, Training, Individual Coaching, Strategic Advisory and Fractional Communications Leadership, has its own page. We built a separate page for a two-minute quiz on using AI in research communication, which gives results without asking for an email, and an assessment page for self-evaluating communication work.
The Content section hosts articles on AI and strategic messaging, and every page has a newsletter sign-up form in the footer. The "Book a Discovery Call" button in the header opens the Calendly calendar directly.
