The challenge
A website for a hotel management company speaks to two different people. The hotelier who already runs a property wants to see whether the company can take over bookings, reception, staff and sales. The investor preparing a new hotel is looking for a business plan, a feasibility study, ESPA funding (EU-funded Greek business grants), permits and construction.
When a company offers this many services, the risk is that the site turns into a long list nobody reads. On top of that, part of the audience is foreign investors or owners who speak English, so a second language was not optional.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro and the Hello Elementor theme, in Greek and English with WPML and correct hreflang. From the first screen the visit splits into two paths, "Hotel management" and "Development and renovation", so each visitor goes straight to what concerns them.
Under each track, the services have their own card with a short description and a link for more: internal organisation and F&B, online and offline sales with tour operator contracts, digital marketing with Google Ads and social media, revenue management, market research and business plans, funding through ESPA and the Development Law (Greece's investment incentives law), architectural design and project management, hotel concept and branding. A tabbed section sums up what each group includes, such as integration with WebHotelier and a channel manager, or listings on Trivago and TripAdvisor.
The About Us page presents the founder's experience and the one-stop-shop approach: one partner instead of many. For contact we added a WPForms form on every page, a call button, email, a WhatsApp link with availability hours and a cookie banner, along with privacy policy and terms of use pages.
