The challenge
An office leasing website does not sell an off-the-shelf product. It speaks to company directors and agents who compare buildings and want specific facts fast: how many square metres are free and on which floor, the ceiling height, what cabling and cooling there are, how many parking spaces. If it takes an email to find these out, the building drops a place on the shortlist.
FORTYSEVEN & CO. is an ensemble of two buildings: the main building from 2015 with about 4,000 m² and DGNB Gold certification, and a smaller courtyard building with about 600 m². Prospects include both German and international companies, so the site had to work in German and English and provide all the material, brochure and floor plans, in a form that is easy to pass around inside a company.
What we built
We built a one-page site in WordPress with Elementor Pro and Slider Revolution, with a menu that jumps to sections: Das Ensemble, Highlights, Büroflächen, Stackingplan, Location, News and Kontakt. The Highlights section shows the key facts in a table, from the year of construction and the floors to the 2.85 m ceiling height, CAT-7 cabling, concrete core activation for cooling, the 160 m² roof terrace and the 22 spaces in the underground garage.
For the vacant space we built a dedicated interactive stacking plan plugin. Visitors see the building floor by floor, which units are available and their size, and download each floor's plan as a PDF. The same section offers the marketing brochure, the stacking plan and a file with all the floor plans.
The Location section presents the area with restaurants, bars, cultural venues and transit stops around the building. At the end are the contact details of the leasing team at Starling Real Estate Asset Management, with phone and email, plus Impressum, Datenschutz and Disclaimer pages as German law requires.
