The challenge
A website for a forestry company is not aimed at casual visitors. It is seen by a municipal engineer, a regional official, the owner of a large plot that must be cleared before summer, or a contractor looking for a subcontractor. They want to see quickly whether the company does the specific job, whether it has experience and how to reach someone in charge.
Greenwoods Thessaly does quite a few different things, from firebreaks and erosion control works to logging and timber skidding. Many of these jobs are not familiar to the general public, so each one needed a short, clear description. And in a sector where the wildfire season adds pressure, getting in touch had to be easy from a mobile phone.
What we built
We built a small site on WordPress with Elementor Pro: Home, About Us, Services, Gallery and Contact. The homepage explains in one sentence what the company does and shows the eight services right away: landscaping works, environmental works, forest clearing, wildfire protection, erosion control and pruning, logging, timber skidding and firebreaks, each with a one-line description.
The About Us page covers the team's mission and values, fire prevention and modern equipment, with counters for the hectares cleared. The gallery shows photos from real projects, which for a public body counts as much as the company profile.
The contact page has two mobile numbers with a call button, an email address and a form with name, phone and message, and the same details appear in the footer of every page.
