The challenge
A wellness practitioner website with online booking has two jobs. It has to explain a technique many people have never heard of, in this case Spinal Flow, in plain words and without exaggeration. And it has to make booking so easy that the visitor books while still on the page, with no calls or messages.
In Flow has different types of clients and prices: a first session with an assessment for adults and children, group and private sessions, 12-session packs and a monthly membership. New and returning clients need different buttons, or they book the wrong service. The whole schedule already lives in Mindbody, so the site had to work with it, not replace it.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro for a client in Australia, in English. The homepage offers two separate paths from the start, "New to In Flow?" and "Existing Clients", each with its own booking button. The same pair of buttons is in the menu, so the visitor never has to search.
Services are shown with their prices in Australian dollars: an initial session for adults and children, group and private sessions, 12-session packs and a monthly Wellness Membership. Each option leads to the matching booking in Mindbody, and a section explains how to sign up the first time, with links to the app for Android and iPhone.
We added an About page, FAQs on what Spinal Flow is, a section with client stories, an Instagram link and a contact page. The location section describes how to find the space on James Street, inside the Big B Arcade.
