The challenge
A website for an academic support centre receives very different requests: university courses, preparation for university transfer exams, classes for Greek citizenship and Greek language certification, and study guidance. To quote the right price, the centre needs to know the type, subject and deadline from the start.
If all this happens over calls and emails with no structure, both sides lose time. The student wants to send what they have from their phone and get a quick answer, and the centre wants requests to arrive complete.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro and put a "How does it work?" section on the homepage in three steps: fill in the form, get a free quote, assignment and completion. The form, built with Piotnet Forms, asks for the type of request from a list, the academic subject and the deadline, and accepts file uploads, so the centre's staff have everything they need to reply.
Each service has its own page: academic guidance counselling, classes for Greek citizenship, transfer exam courses, university courses and training seminars. For the transfer exams we set up a popup with a form for that year's study notes, which collects details from interested students.
The header keeps the Tuesday to Saturday opening hours, the landline, an emergency mobile number and the address on Lykourgou Street, two minutes from Omonia metro, always visible. There is a section with client reviews, a blog with articles, a language switcher with GTranslate for foreign students and a cookie notice.
