The challenge
A website for a coach mainly sells trust. The visitor has to understand who the coach is, how he works and whether his approach fits what they are going through, before deciding to talk to him. In coaching there is no product for the client to look at. There are only words, the tone of the writing and the sense that someone understands their situation.
In Canada there is also the question of language: part of the audience prefers French. So a second language was needed, along with a simple way to book an appointment without trading emails. The coach also wanted the tone of the writing to stay the same in both languages, without the meaning getting lost in translation.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro. The homepage opens with the core message, describes the signs the visitor recognises and presents the two programs, The Deprogramming Lab and Coherence Mapping, which have their own pages. The text has room to breathe, with large headings and few elements per screen, so reading feels calm on mobile too.
The second language was set up with TranslatePress in English and Canadian French, with hreflang for each version. The "Book a Clarity call" buttons open the calendar on Cal.com, so booking takes one step. TranslatePress lets the coach correct the French translation directly on the page, without opening Elementor.
We added How I Work, Voices from the Work and Resources pages, a link for Google reviews, Site Kit for analytics, spam protection for forms and an llms.txt file so AI tools read the content correctly.
