The challenge
A website for a recruitment agency in Rhodes has an audience that switches language. The island's hotels and restaurants look for staff every season, and many job candidates don't speak Greek. The site has to explain the process in both languages and collect applications without errors.
A staffing agency is judged by how fast it responds. So it needed a structure where the employer and the candidate find their own form right away, and where applications arrive with all the details, CV included.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro, in Greek and English with Polylang and correct hreflang. The homepage explains what the agency does, namely finding, assessing and selecting staff for businesses and private clients, and describes the process in three steps: form, contact, shortlist of suitable professionals.
The menu has two separate pages, a "Staff request form" for businesses and a "Job search form" for candidates, where the worker can also upload their CV. The homepage shows the sectors the agency covers: hotels, restaurants and cafes, sales staff, truck and bus drivers (C and D licence) and unskilled workers.
We added a newsletter sign-up, three phone numbers with click-to-call, email and opening hours in the footer, and a terms of use and privacy policy page. For tracking we connected Google Tag Manager and Facebook Pixel, with Complianz for GDPR cookie consent.
