The challenge
A website for event planning has to answer quickly what every couple, or every parent before a christening, asks: what exactly is included, how long it lasts, whether it fits the venue and how much it costs. When the same team offers DJ, lighting, sparklers, a photo booth and a bar, the risk is a long list that nobody reads to the end.
People also search Google very specifically, for example "wedding DJ" or "photo booth for a christening". An events business needs separate pages for these searches and one easy place where someone can ask for a quote for their date.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro and the Hello Elementor theme. The menu splits the services into three groups: music and sound, effects and fireworks, experiences. Below them are pages such as wedding DJ, christening DJ, the "Exofyllo" ("Cover") photo booth, cocktail mini bar and shop openings, so every search lands on the right page.
Each service on the homepage shows the practical details customers ask about: duration, space needed, number of guests and restrictions, such as fireworks being handled only by a licensed partner. We added a packages and prices page, pages for each type of celebration, a page for businesses and a portfolio with photos from weddings, christenings and corporate events.
The blog started with guides such as "How to choose a DJ for your wedding", which bring visitors from Google before they have even decided. The "Get a quote" button stays in the header, and there is a contact form, a WhatsApp button and the venue's address on Kyprion Iroon Avenue, where customers can try the cocktails before booking.
