The challenge
Building an e-shop for women's clothing has one practical difficulty: every piece comes in many sizes, often in several colors, and stock changes fast. The shopper has to see right away what is available in her size, or she leaves after two wrong clicks.
A neighborhood boutique lives on Instagram and on customers who already know the store. The e-shop had to look like its shop window, with brands such as Silvian Heach, Collectiva Noir and Innocent, show the new arrivals, and make the first online purchase easy and appealing.
What we built
We built the e-shop on WordPress with WooCommerce and Elementor Pro, using JetWooBuilder for the product pages and JetMenu for the category menu. The homepage has two product rows, "New arrivals" and "Hot now", with price, discount badge and add-to-cart button. Sizes and colors appear as swatches, so choosing takes one tap.
For the first purchase we added a top bar with a welcome discount code and a newsletter form in the footer that emails a coupon. The boutique's Instagram appears inside the site through Instagram Feed, and the catalog connects to Facebook and Instagram through Facebook for WooCommerce.
We set up shipping with Geniki Taxydromiki (a Greek courier), free shipping on orders over €50, and payment by card, cash on delivery or bank transfer. We wrote the pages for shipping and returns, payment methods and terms, and the footer shows the physical store's address and phone number.
