The challenge
A website for a US fence company works mainly through local searches. A homeowner in Fargo or Bemidji types "fence company" plus the name of their town, so a generic homepage isn't enough. It needs pages that speak to each area and each material separately.
On top of that, a fence project is a significant cost for a household. Visitors want to see past work, understand the warranty, know whether payment plans are available and request a quote without hunting for it. In North Dakota and Minnesota the winters are harsh, so customers also ask whether the fence will stand up to wind and snow. The site had to answer that from the first screen.
What we built
We set up the site in WordPress with Elementor Pro and the Hello Elementor theme. The menu splits the services by type (vinyl, wood, ornamental, chain link, privacy, residential, commercial, fence repair) and each type has its own page with options and photos.
For local SEO we built two groups of pages, one for Minnesota and one for North Dakota, with sub-pages for each city, from Grand Forks and Fargo to Roseau and Thief River Falls. Rank Math Pro covers meta and schema, while Link Whisper helps with internal links between services, cities and blog articles. Each city page links to the service pages, so a visitor who arrived from Crookston can easily find the vinyl or wood options.
The homepage puts first what customers ask about: financing, licensing and insurance, workmanship warranty, projects and FAQs. The "Quote now" button leads to a quote form, and there is a link to the Jobber Client Hub the company uses.
