The challenge
A recruitment agency website speaks to two very different audiences. The candidate wants to see open positions and send a CV from their phone without many steps. The business, a hotel or a restaurant looking for seasonal staff, wants to understand quickly how the agency works and leave its request.
If the two get mixed up on the same page, the agency loses time with the wrong applications and phone calls. Job listings also change all through the year, so the owner had to be able to post new positions on his own.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro and split the homepage into two clear sections, "I'm looking for work" and "I'm looking for staff", each with three simple steps that explain the process. Next come the sectors the agency covers: farm work, hotel and restaurant staff, sales staff, cleaners, care for people with disabilities and the elderly, childcare, office staffing and general duties.
Each audience has its own page with its own MetForm form. The candidate picks a sector, uploads a photo and a CV and writes a few words about themselves, while the business describes its staffing needs. Job listings are posts the owner publishes from WordPress, split into candidate listings and employer listings, with location, working hours and benefits such as accommodation and meals.
The header always shows the two phone numbers and the email, and the footer shows the office address in Kato Toumba. There is a testimonials section, a link to Facebook, a cookie notice and Google Tag Manager for tracking.
