The challenge
A website for a construction and land-for-flats company speaks to three very different audiences at once. The landowner wants to understand the terms of an antiparochi (the Greek land-for-flats deal, where a landowner gives a plot to a builder in exchange for apartments) and whether they can trust the company. The buyer is looking for a well-built apartment. Anyone who wants to renovate their home or shop wants to see past work and ask for a quote.
If all of this goes on one page, nobody finds what concerns them quickly, and Google doesn't know which search to show the site for. X.E. Topouzis needed a clean structure, with a separate page for each service and easy contact from a phone, since most clients of companies like this call.
What we built
We built the site on WordPress with Elementor Pro and Prime Slider. The homepage opens with a four-slide slider, one for each service: home building, land-for-flats deals, renovations and apartment sales, each with a button to its page. Next come a short company introduction, the services and the four-step working process, from the first contact to the handover of the project.
The Services menu leads to four pages, each explaining what the company offers and why someone should choose it. The Company page presents its philosophy and values, and the Projects page brings together photos of homes and renovations.
The phone number appears at the top right of every page and calls with one tap on a phone. The Contact page has a form with first name, last name, email, phone and message, and the footer shows two phone numbers and the company email.
