Website design prices: the three packages at a glance
The cost of a website is not a random number. It comes from the structure, the design, the speed, the SEO and the goal of the site, meaning whether you want phone calls, bookings or sales. So you don't have to guess, we have three fixed-price packages that cover most small and medium-sized businesses.
Start costs €250 +VAT and is for anyone who needs a clean presence: a one-page site or up to 4 pages, ready in 3 days, with 2 rounds of changes. It suits a hair salon, a car repair shop or a freelancer who wants to be found and called.
Business costs €450 +VAT and is the package most clients choose. It has up to 10 pages and a blog, SEO set up on every page separately, and a structure that helps the business show up in ChatGPT and Gemini answers too. It is delivered in 5 days. It is the right choice for a law firm, a medical practice, an accountant or a hotel that wants one page per service.
E-shop costs €700 +VAT, with up to 50 products entered by us, card payments, ACS or ELTA Courier (Greek couriers), a feed for Skroutz (Greece's largest price-comparison site) and an optional link to myDATA (Greece's tax e-invoicing platform). It is ready in 10 days. In every package the domain and hosting are free for the first year, you get 3 months of support, and you pay 50% at the start and 50% on delivery.
- Start: €250 +VAT, up to 4 pages, 3 days
- Business: €450 +VAT, up to 10 pages and a blog, 5 days
- E-shop: €700 +VAT, up to 50 products, 10 days
What affects the cost of building a website
The packages are the starting point. The final price depends on the real needs of the business, because every project is different and that shows in the work it takes. A website that simply exists costs less. A website that works for the business, brings in enquiries and shows up on Google has other requirements.
The factors that move the price are specific, and we can go through them together in a ten-minute call. If you want to do a first estimate yourself, the cost calculator on our site gives you an indicative price based on the same options.
- The number and structure of pages: over 4 you move to Business, over 10 each extra page is charged
- The level of design and how far it is tailored to your brand
- The features: forms, bookings, dynamic content, connections to other systems
- The SEO foundation from the start: titles, descriptions, schema, clean URLs
- Loading speed and technical optimisation
- Support and maintenance after delivery
Why website design prices vary so much
If you have looked around the market, you will have seen websites from €150 and others from €3,000. The difference is not random. It usually lies in how and why the website is built, not only in what you see on the home page.
Very often a very low price hides limits that show up later: slow loading on mobile, pages Google can't read properly, a theme that never gets updated, and in the end a full rebuild within two years. On the other hand, a very high price doesn't necessarily mean you will get something you need. That is why professional website design is not judged only by the initial price, but by the overall result it gives the business.
We work with WordPress and Elementor, with Rank Math for SEO and GA4 for tracking. These tools are used everywhere, so your website is not tied to us and any developer can take it over.
- A stock template with no changes, or design tailored to the business
- A rushed build, or a proper page architecture
- A cheap fix for today, or a solution that lasts for years
Extras that change the price: languages, chatbot, hosting
Most extras also have a fixed price, so you know in advance where you will end up. A second language costs +€100 +VAT. A hotel in the Cyclades or an office that works with clients abroad usually needs it from day one, while a local hair salon does not.
The AI chatbot costs €150 +VAT one-off and €20 a month. It is our own WordPress plugin. It answers visitors based on the text on your website and collects contact details when you are not available. Automations, such as a form that sends the enquiry straight to your Viber, start from €150.
After the first year, hosting and domain cost €100 +VAT/year. If you don't want to deal with updates, backups and small changes at all, there is monthly maintenance from €50 +VAT. It is not mandatory, but we recommend it for an e-shop or a website that changes often.
- 2nd language: +€100 +VAT
- AI chatbot: €150 + €20/month
- AI automations: from €150
- Hosting and domain after year 1: €100 +VAT/year
- Maintenance: from €50 +VAT/month
Budget option or a sound investment?
An affordable website can be exactly the right choice, when it is done with a plan and not by cutting quality. The €250 Start package exists for exactly this: for businesses taking their first steps that need something correct, fast and cheap.
There are cases where a simpler solution fully covers a business's needs. A plumber serving one area doesn't need ten pages. What matters is that the foundation is right, so the website can grow without being rebuilt from scratch. Everything we build in Start carries over as is if you later move to Business: you only pay the difference in pages and content.
If you want to see when a budget approach is really sustainable, we have a separate page on affordable website design and what it takes.
When it is worth investing in professional website design
Investing in a properly designed website makes sense when the website will do work for you. In those cases it is not just a site, but a sales and communication tool that keeps working when the office is closed.
Since 2016 we have completed over 600 projects for clients in more than 15 countries, and our clients rate us 5.0 stars from 36 reviews on Google. If you want to know which solution fits your business, with no pressure and no commitment, call us and we will tell you honestly whether Start is enough or you need something bigger.
