How the website cost calculator works
The calculator below uses the same prices we put in our written quotes. You choose what you need, how many pages, in how many languages and which extras, and the estimate updates in real time. You don't need to leave an email to see the result.
If it suits you, click "Send me this quote" and your choices go into the contact form. We call you, confirm in a short call exactly what you need, and the final price is locked in writing. In most cases it is the same as the one you saw.
- Step 1: Start website, Business website or E-shop
- Step 2: how many pages and, for an e-shop, how many suppliers with XML feeds
- Step 3: Greek only or other languages too
- Step 4: extras such as an AI chatbot, automations, maintenance, Google Ads, social media
What affects the cost of a website
The final cost of a website depends on a few specific factors. The first and biggest is the type: a business website for a hair salon or a lawyer is nothing like the work involved in an e-shop that has to connect to a bank, a courier and Skroutz (Greece's largest price-comparison site).
Next comes the number of pages. Every page needs design, text, photos and its own SEO settings. Languages add translation and technical setup, so Google shows each visitor the right version. Features such as forms, bookings, payments or a chatbot add build work. And finally, maintenance and support decide what you pay each month after delivery.
- The type of website: business site, one-page or e-shop
- The number of pages
- The languages
- The features: forms, payments, XML, chatbot, automations
- SEO and visibility on Google and ChatGPT
- Maintenance and support
How to read the estimate: one-off and monthly costs
The estimate has two numbers. The first is the one-off build cost, all +VAT, which you pay 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. The second appears only if you choose a monthly service and shows how much you will pay each month.
Below the total you see every line separately: the package, extra pages, XML connections, languages and extras. That way you see right away what pushes the price up and what you can leave for later.
A few rules the calculator applies by itself: if you choose Start and go above 4 pages, it switches to Business automatically, because that is cheaper than charging pages one by one. Above the 10 pages of Business, each extra page adds €25. A second language costs €100 for a website and €200 for an e-shop, because there the products, categories and order emails are translated too.
- One-off build cost +VAT, 50/50 payment
- Monthly cost only for what you choose
- Line-by-line breakdown below the total
- Free domain and hosting for year 1, then €100 +VAT/year

Four example calculations
To see how the cost of a website works out in practice, here are four common cases, calculated with the same prices the calculator uses. They are examples, not real clients.
- Hair salon with 4 pages, Greek only: Start €250 +VAT
- Law firm with 8 pages and English: Business €450 + €100 = €550 +VAT
- Hotel with 12 pages in Greek, English and German: €450 + €50 for 2 pages + €200 for 2 languages = €700 +VAT
- Cosmetics e-shop with one XML supplier and an AI chatbot: €700 + €150 + €150 = €1,000 +VAT, plus €20/month for the chatbot

What the tool doesn't calculate
The calculator covers the cases we see most often. It can't know whether you need something special, such as a booking system with availability, B2B wholesale pricing, an ERP connection or a custom application. We price projects like these separately, and applications start from €600.
It also doesn't know the state of your materials. If you have your texts, logo and photos ready, the price stays the same. If you need help with texts, or more products than the 50 in the e-shop, we tell you on the call before any commitment. That is why the estimate says "indicative cost": it is locked only after we talk.
